Codex One (by Contendro I-Glückspilz, breeder: Wilhelm Berghorn, Stolzenau) under Karl Brocks won the class for five-year olds in the Hanoverian Show Jumping Championships in Verden. This licensed stallion, a former top priced Verden auction horse, received a score of 8.6 in the first round and 9.0 in the second. Chilipepp (Contendro I-Calyspo II, breeder: Staufenberg), under Karl Brocks was the hands down winner in the qualification and held her position in the first round of the final as well with 8.8. In the second round she only achieved a score of 7.8 and had to be satisfied with eighth place.

At the Hanoverian Jumper Foal Championships which took place within the scope of the international Dressage and Show Jumping Festival in Verden, two Contendro foals placed. Tenth place went to a Contendro I-Lordanos filly bred by Gerd Janssen, Neuschoo, and a Contendro I-Fabriano colt bred by A. and W. Schacke, Wittingen took 13th place .

Our breeder Dieter Schmidt was especially successful at the German Foal Championships in Lienen. His Contendro I-Carabas filly that won the qualification held here at Gestüt Famos took a respectable seventh place in the For Pleasure Ring for foals with emphasis on jumping.

At the Hanoverian Herwart von der Decken Show in Verden the 90 best three and four-year old mares from the breeding area as well as eight mare families were presented. Among the best jumper mares was the three-year old Contendro daughter Candida bred by Kurt-Heinrich Böttcher, Warmsen.

At the show festival in Verden a Contendrodaughter called Chilipepp (breeder: Karl-Friedrich Forcht, Staufenberg) under Karl Brocks clearly won the qualification for the Hanoverian Shwo Jumping Championships in the class for five-year olds with 9.0 and is a favorite for the title. |

Adelina Grande KWG is the name of a gray daughter by the Reserve Champion Stallion and Hanoverian Riding Horse Champion, Don Marco, and with catalogue number 1 at the 14th Suisse Elite Foal Auction in Frauenfeld, Switzerland she will open the auction. The breeder is Kunz Walter (SUI-Grosswangen) who is also the breeder of Diva (dam by Abanos), who was selected by an international jury for the auction that will take place on Saturday, September 8, September 2007.
